Some Good Assignments

After about 6 weeks of performing nothing (virtually) but evidentiary research for the attorneys, I am finally getting more substantive work. It saddens me somewhat as my laid-back days at work have slowly come to an end as they have been replaced by actual legal tasks that require thought.

Currently I am assisting an attorney with a final refusal on a trademark application and also assisting another with a brief that is going to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Good times, good times...
